Pricing

What it costs you: nothing.

Not upfront. Not monthly. And I take no cut of your orders. I buy the web address and the printer myself. Read on for exactly how I get paid, because there is a catch and you should hear it from me.

What you get

All of it. There is only one package, so there is nothing to compare.

A website built for your restaurant

Your menu, your photos, your dishes. Built for a phone first, because that is where your customers already are. Live in about a week.

Your own web address

I buy it and I look after it, so you never deal with a renewal notice. It is in your name from day one, and I will hand it over any time you ask.

An order printer for your kitchen

I buy the printer. When an order comes in, the ticket prints by itself. Nobody has to watch a tablet or answer a phone.

Your Google listing, cleaned up

Hours, photos, menu, address, phone. All correct, so the people already searching for you find the right thing.

Payouts straight to your bank

I set up Stripe in your name, not mine. Money from online orders goes to your account. I never hold it.

Your customers stay yours

Names, phone numbers, what they ordered last time. On the delivery apps all of that belongs to the app. Here it belongs to you.

And what I don't do

  • I do not provide delivery drivers. Ordering is set up for pickup; if you want to offer delivery too, you use your own driver.
  • I do not touch your register or your kitchen equipment beyond the order printer.
  • I take nothing from walk-in orders, phone orders, or anything that does not come through your own website.

The catch

So how do I get paid?

A small fee gets added to each online order, and the customer placing the order pays it. They see it at checkout, on its own line, before they pay for anything. It covers the card processing plus my 3.5%. You get the full menu price.

A $40 order, line by line

Your food
$40.00
Online ordering fee
+ $2.95
The customer pays
$42.95
Card processing
$1.55
My 3.5%
$1.40
You get
$40.00

Every penny of your menu price, on every order. The fee is worked out so the processing comes out of it and never out of you.

The same order on a delivery app

The apps charge the restaurant 1530% on every order. On that same $40 order:

On a delivery app$28.00$34.00
On your own website$40.00

Same food, same customer. The difference is who the order belongs to.

If nobody orders, I make nothing. That is on purpose — it means I only do well when your online ordering does well.

The fine print, in plain English

Who owns the website and the web address?

You do, from day one. Both are in your name. If you ever want to move somewhere else, you take them with you and nothing breaks.

Is there a contract?

No. There is nothing to sign and no minimum. If you want to stop, you stop.

What happens to the printer if I stop?

It comes back to me, because I paid for it. The website and the web address stay yours.

When do I ever pay you money?

You do not. Not for the build, not for hosting, not for the domain, not for the printer, and not per order. My share comes out of the ordering fee the customer pays.

Still sounds too good? Book a free call and pick it apart. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and I will show you a restaurant already running it.

Someone is ordering takeout right now.

Let's make sure it's from you, and that you keep the whole ticket. The first call is free, takes 30 minutes, and there is nothing to pay.
